Duties & responsibilities:

·  Work closely with JLL’s global Enterprise Process Owners to gather and document business, process, and technical requirements.
·  Work closely with JLL’s ServiceNow Managed Services provider to coordinate tasks.
·  Gather and document business and process requirements
·  Define and document technical requirements
·  Perform ServiceNow system configuration
·  Develop and test new and change existing ServiceNow code/scripts
·  Modify existing tiles, emails, and other items within ServiceNow
·  Add/remove CMDB fields
·  Provide support for project work, as applicable
·  Work at least 50% of the time during Central Standard Time (GMT -6)
·  Conduct post implementation reviews and identify any lessons learned.
·  Collaborate with JLL’s ServiceNow Managed Services provider
·  Provide documentation for handoff of completed work to JLL’s ServiceNow Managed Services provider
·  Work independently and provide weekly status reports
·  Accurately estimate work efforts

Key skills:

·  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
·  ITIL certification or working knowledge.
·  3+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
·  ServiceNow certification (Certified Application Developer)

Employee specification:

·  The candidate will understand ServiceNow functionality and how all ITIL processes can be implemented in ServiceNow. This includes, but is not limited to incident, request, change, problem, knowledge, SLA, configuration, portal, service catalog, and reporting including Performance Analytics.
·  Strong written and verbal communication skills (English)
·  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
·  Ability to present technical information in a way that non-technical staff will understand
·  ServiceNow certification (Certified Application Developer)
·  Past experience using ServiceNow’s Agile Development 2.0
