Client & Stakeholder Management:

Operations:  

· 
You’ll play an important role in HSE procedures

· 
Educating JLL/vendors/contractors/Google Stakeholders on the use of SafePermit, by way of training programs / workshops etc, through driving implementation and consistency

· 
As a SafePermit Systems Administrator, you are required to update new and housekeep existing user, contractors profiles, locations in the SafePermit system

· 
Proficient in coordinating the client’s administrators, Workforce, as well as client/JLL stakeholders

· 
Good grasp of the permitting workflow and processes, from permit creation, approval till closure

· 
Ensure all Contractors/Vendors across the clients locations follows same processes using SafePermit

· 
Ensure all Contractor/Vendor Companies are approved, qualified and inducted using SafePermit

· 
Ensure all non-standard or non-routine work authorized using SafePermit

· 
Ensure all hazardous work is permitted using SafePermit

· 
Support all additional tasks given by supervisor

· 
Ensure a smooth transition for all sites in APAC offices on SafePermit System 

The person we need will know: 

· 
2 years of experience as a Safety Coordinator or similar role

· 
General technical knowledge on building systems

· 
Knowledge local health and safety requirements and how to proactively implement these

· 
Knowledge of potentially hazardous materials or practices

· 
Ability to understand and interpret Risk Assessments & Method Statements

· 
Proficient in Google Docs

· 
Outstanding organizational skills

· 
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

· 
Team player

· 
Good time-management skills

· 
Great interpersonal and communication skills

· 
Nuances of working within a global leader in the technology industry
