What this job involves:
JLL is currently seeking a fun, dynamic and tech-savvy Receptionists to work onsite with a friendly and collaborative JLL Facilities team in Pyrmont!
Our client is an online GIANT, and a household name who promotes a highly collaborative culture. In this key role, you will be the first point of contact to clients and their visitors, as well as providing administrative support to the JLL Facilities Manager.
A snapshot of the role;
· Meet and greet all visitors and clients in a welcoming manner
· Responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls, and referring helpdesk callers to appropriate online support groups
· Receive, inform and guide visitors
· Responsible for management, maintenance and upkeep of the front office/ reception area – making sure it is clean and presentable at all times
· Management of visitor and temporary access passes
· Maintain conference room booking schedules to maximise efficient use of space
· Ensure client meeting room calendars are kept up to date
· Ad hoc administrative duties

To be successful, you will have a passion for customer service which will be demonstrated by your career so far within reception, retail, hospitality or other similar customer facing roles. You will be willing to learn, and have a ‘can do’ attitude in your approach to take on responsibilities. You will be well-presented and well-spoken, and easily build good relationships with stakeholders of all levels.
