We are looking for a Transactions Intern- Capital Markets, Markets, and Transaction Management, each.

What this job involves

The 2020 JLL Summer Internship commences 1 April 2020 to 30 August 2020 (5 months).

Capital Markets

This position supports Transactions- Capital Markets (CM) department. Your role is to support analysing financial info to produce forecasts, interpret data affecting investment, monitoring market trends, and building financial report. We also want to tap on your strong data analysis and presentation skills to support the team on daily market updates and client pitches.  

Markets

This position supports Transactions- Leasing Services department. Your role is to support proposal drafting, contract management, developing materials for the client pitch such as reports, records, diagrams and charts. Monitor and inform the team on trends in laws, regulations as well as the market trends on building properties. You will perform ad hoc administrative tasks to support the team.

Transaction Management

This position supports Transactions- Transactions Management (TM) department. Your role is to support transaction management in a timely manner with multiples of regional client accounts, carry out transaction plan and real estate projects. This will include evaluating dates, contract options and supporting strategies. You will be expected to help prepare real estate leases and owner property agreements and ad hoc administrative tasks to support the team.

You are currently pursuing a Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or related field with experience leading or managing projects in school. You demonstrated the ability to manage competing priorities while meeting required deadlines. You must have an excellent interpersonal, time management, and strong analytical skills.

You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, and has the ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as work independently. Not forgetting, you are proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
