Property Tax Analyst - Richardson, TX

Job Summary

We are currently seeking a  Property Tax Analyst  to join our Valuation & Advisory Services team in  Richardson, TX . The successful candidate will undergo a thorough valuation and tax consulting training while providing support to our senior consultants who represent clients who own commercial real estate. Candidates who successfully complete the training and guidelines will be offered an opportunity for promotion to a senior consultant position with significant opportunity for growth in compensation and bonus. Travel may be required.

Our Valuation & Advisory Services platform is part of a global network comprised of experienced, licensed, qualified professionals providing valuation and consulting services to commercial real estate clients nationally. Our service offerings include comprehensive property tax services on an international platform.

Essential Functions

·  Preparing client budgets
·  Analyzing the assessed values of client owned/leased properties and making recommendation for appeal
·  Providing support to senior tax consultants with appeal tracking, filing and management
·  Preparing Tax Estimates

Education And Experience

·  2+ years of experience in property tax
·  Property tax license a plus but not required

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

·  Microsoft Excel and Word experience
·  Strong written and verbal communication skills
