In 2016, JLL embarked on a transformation journey to improve its Finance function. The multi-year transformation programme includes, new or upgraded IT platforms, process simplification and greater use of shared services. The programme’s vision is ‘to enhance JLL’s competitiveness, by simplifying the way we work and investing in new technology, to improve our Finance and HR functions and enable better business insights and decision making’.
We are now looking for a PMO Support to work with our team deploying the PeopleSoft 9.2 system, on a 12-month contract, beginning April 2019.
What this job involves
Design & Delivery
In this role you will play a focal part in the success of our transformation by supporting the delivery of PMO activities and general administrative support to the project. Examples of this would be key document maintenance on SharePoint, stakeholder management and coordination, minutes taking, scheduling meetings, organising travel and training logistics as well as other project and administrative duties as assigned. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel & Word is required.
Support the change
You’ll support the PMO lead and workstream leads for the PeopleSoft Finance 9.2 programme in Asia Pacific. You’ll be detail oriented, a natural planner, and comfortable creating, managing and tracking logistics for training and engagement activity, covering multiple locations and large groups of people.
Collaboration
The role holder must be able to collaborate effectively and efficiently with the APAC project team, workstream leads & team members, regionally and internationally, to ensure that the overall Programme is delivered efficiently and to ensure logistics are effectively managed and teams are briefed
Listening & improving
You’ll need to be a good listener who can take on board comments and feedback from project team members and impacted end users. You’ll be responsible for pulling together and maintaining trackers and reports based on project team members requirements and feedback.

Experienced
Do you have proven experience successfully supporting projects in a large organisation? You will possess a minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience and have a proven ability to handle competing priorities.

Do you operate with a sense of urgency? You will need a high EQ, be highly responsive and have a solution-orientated mind-set, in order to effectively juggle priorities to meet timeframes and deadlines set by the business. You must have high energy, tenacity and a passion to deliver.

Great communicator
You can clearly communicate your ideas both verbally and in writing in English.
Governance
You will collate and where appropriate produce project collateral in conjunction with the PMO lead. You will organise and schedule meetings, record actions and manage these to completion.
Quality Control
You will support the effort to quality manage key project documentation such as the project plan and RAID log.
