オフィスビル、ホテル、物流施設等、管理物件の資産価値向上を目指し、実行すること。

（プロパティマネージャー、シニアマネージャー、チームリーダーへのキャリアパスあり。）

＜レポートライン（Reporting manager)＞

オフィスPMグループヘッド

＜仕事内容（Job Description) ＞

・入居テナントとの賃料交渉、請求、トラブル時の対応等のテナント対応業務

・空室区画にテナントを誘致するリーシング業務

・修繕工事の計画立案、発注手続き等の建物維持管理業務

・管理物件の収支を計算する会計レポートを含む、月次のレポーティング業務

日本法人内他部署、他国の不動産運用サービス事業部、他部門との連携

·  顧客満足を目指した行動ができる
·  問題把握力・問題解決力に優れている
·  関係者を巻き込み、物事を進める具体的実行力がある
·  論理的な考え方ができる

求められる経験、 知識、スキル（ Related experience, knowledge ＆skill）

·  不動産への興味
·  一般的なPCスキル（エクセル、ワード）

歓迎条件（Preferredあれば尚可）

·  日商簿記
·  宅地建物取引主任者
·  不動産業界での従事経験
·  第二新卒、PM未経験者歓迎
