Job description



Position Overview

Program Management/ Operations

·  Lead programs to create value for client to ensure program deliveries meet or exceed expectations
·  Build successful relationships within the COE and other client personnel to promote confidence, forward planning and best practices
·  Provide management and leadership direction for the design, development and implementation of programs
·   Collaborate with account wide team and proactively share and reapply all learnings, successes and best practices.
·  System Owner of various program, such as Pest Control, Janitorial, other

Reporting

·  Manage and report on critical & key performance measurements

People Management

·  Effectively lead staff by clearly communicating expectations, accountabilities and providing performance feedback for continuous improvement.
·  Mentor, develop and train peer and direct report team members.

Qualifications:

·  Bachelor's degree in related discipline, Master's degree is a plus.
·  6+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology or medical device manufacturing required.

Skills and knowledge

·  Background composing technical documentation
·  Represent Quality on incident triage team
·  Lead investigations
·  Own site quality program procedures
·  Perform QA oversight of Facilities Operations
·  Review and approve investigations, change controls, CAPAs
·  Work independently and within a team
·  Communicate effectively with technical, quality assurance and other personnel
·  Proficient in Word, Excel and other Microsoft Office Suite programs
·  Ability to recognize and diagnose trends and patterns

Other abilities

·  Proficient in Word, Excel and other Microsoft Office Suite programs
·  Proven Managerial Skills
·  Strong knowledge in Good Distribution Practices
·  Project management and organizational skills
·  Strong organizational skills, including ability to follow assignments through to completion
·  Initiate and lead cross functional teams
·  Enhanced skills in leading, influencing, and negotiating
·  Strong knowledge in area of expertise
·  Collaborate and coordinate with higher level outside resources
·  Strong knowledge of and experience with processes involved in manufacturing
·  Demonstrated ability to interact with regulatory agencies
·  Strong word processing, presentation, database and spreadsheet application skills.
·  Strong communication (both written and oral), facilitation and presentation skills
·  Strong skills in working independently and to effectively interact with various levels
·  Ability to evaluate compliance issues
