<募集背景>

急速な事業拡大のため、将来当社が管理するオフィスビル等の運営管理を担当するプロパティマネージャー候補の方を募集しています。

資産価値の向上のためのオーナー（主にファンドやJ-REIT等の投資家案件が多いです）への提案・運営・管理を担当できるよう、

先輩社員に同行して業務を覚えていただきます。

<求められるミッション>

オフィスビル、ホテル、物流施設等、管理物件の資産価値向上を目指し、実行すること。
（プロパティマネージャー、シニアマネージャー、チームリーダーへのキャリアパスあり。）

<業務内容>

・オフィスビルを中心とする施設の運営管理

・クライアント（ビルオーナー）との関係構築

・入居テナントとの賃料交渉、請求、トラブル時の対応等のテナント対応業務

・空室区画にテナントを誘致するリーシング業務

・修繕工事の計画立案、発注手続き等の建物維持管理業務

・管理物件の収支を計算する会計レポートを含む、月次のレポーティング業務、予算作成業務

＜求められる経験、知識、スキル＞

・不動産業界未経験者歓迎（前向きにチャレンジしたいやる気がある方歓迎！）

・業界問わず、営業経験2年以上

・クライアント（ビルオーナー）との関係性を構築できるコミュニケーション能力

・物事を論理的にまとめたり分解する力

＜歓迎条件＞

・簿記3級程度
