【募集背景】

急速に事業拡大しているロジスティクスプロパティマネジメント事業において、今後の事業の中心を担うリーダー候補を募集します。

【責務・役割】

ロジスティクスプロパティマネジメントチームにおけるチームリーダー
➢担当物件運営(プロパティマネジメント）
➢チームマネジメント
➢各種プレゼンテーション、コンサルティング業務

【業務内容】

・プロパティマネジメント

　主にリート、ファンドから受託しているプロパティマネジメント業務

・チームマネジメント

　チームが高いモチベーションを持って業務遂行できるように、リーダーシップを発揮して、

　チーム及びチームメンバーをマネジメントしていただきます。

・プレゼンテーション、コンサルティング

　新規受託営業やコンサルティング業務を遂行していただきます。

【求める人物像】

・物流施設におけるプロパティマネジメント（アセットマネジメント）業務経験者

　※もしくは類する経験でも可能とします。物流事業会社にて施設運営業務の経験者等

・少人数でもメンバーのマネジメント経験を有している方

・新しいことに挑戦する意欲を持った方
