Summary

The Master Data Supervisor in the Facilities Operations and Maintenance (FOM) Reliability group is responsible for providing technical solutions and performs master data related tasks for Facilities Maintenance.

Essential Duties:

Customer Relationships (Client)

·  Ensure client satisfaction with delivery of facility management services and provide a lead role in monitoring and increasing customer satisfaction.
·  Develop excellent partnership with client through trust, actions and results.
·  Comply with all GMP and Non-GMP requirements of the Client contract and meet or exceed key performance indicators. 
·  Deliver an exceptional quality of service to the client, as reflected by client feedback. 

Leadership/Staff Management (People)

·  Foster a proactive environment of teamwork, co-operation, performance excellence and personal success. 
·  Act as role model for JLL by behaving consistently with cultural and ethical requirements and participating in company activities.
·  Develop the team’s existing skills and drive opportunities for more self-performance. 
·  Responsible for individual performance management program, and personal development planning process. 
·  Promote safety culture within portfolio including client, subcontractors, suppliers and visitors.

Service Delivery (Growth)

·  Primary responsibility is to manage the maintenance master data for equipment and spare parts in the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS), currently SAP (ERP 6.0).  And is responsible for ensuring data records are current and accurate in a GxP environment by ensuring all service activities and documentation is complaint with good documentation practices (GDP), quality compliance requirements, and applicable standard operating procedures.
·  Accountable to work closely with site client leaders, facilities operations managers, and project engineering groups, as well as business partners in facilities, quality, EHS and multi-functional engineering groups to provide maintenance data support for managing assert life cycle program.
·  Work with product leaders in order to ensure that data is correctly setup in SAP at the proper time.
·  Review, approve, create and maintain material master basic view data in SAP for global use in the common instance.
·  Assist in the development of support tools such as Microsoft access, Corrigo, Idea Stream, IWMS, CMMS, SharePoint and any other EAM solutions.
·  Hold the business accountable to data governance standards and facilitating solutions when conflicts are identified.
·  Facilitate smooth extension of materials to all plants that require the material for transactional business.
·  Ability to setup Equipment Master, Customer Master, Equipment master data in SAP.
·  Strong analytical and continuous improvement/PPI skills to ensure that we drive root cause resolution.
·  Empowered to drive change.
·  Identify and implement process improvement opportunities related to maintenance data or activities.
·  Support maintenance programs for periodic spare part audits, spare part obsolescence, and spare part criticalities.
·  Participate in capital projects such as commissioning, decommissioning, and system upgrades.
·  Collaborate across the site with individuals in Operations, Site Services, and Quality
·  Supervision of the maintenance master data team.
·  Develop and implement procedures and learning resources for the newly established records management system.
·  Ensure that all JLL team members are adhering to agency regulations and legal compliance.
·  Support the required periodic internal and external audits by regulatory groups and other agencies.
·  Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize, and organize diversified workload.
·  Work on special projects and other duties deemed necessary and assigned by management.
·  Support EHS team to fully comply with all EHS programs requirements.
·  Comply with all GMP and Non-GMP requirements of the client contract and meet or exceed key compliance requirements.
·  Ensure compliance of all regulatory laws and guidelines are met in accordance to their SOP’s as they relate to the work being scheduled by maintaining JLLs practices across all maintenance activities to meet client and authority having jurisdiction (AHJ) compliance requirements.
·  Follow all company mandated change-control procedures as they relate to GxP and EH&S requirements.
·  Assist the FM in meeting or exceeding site key performance indicators (KPIs); monitor service level guidelines (SLG’s) weekly to identify potential off track areas and plan corrective actions accordingly. 
·  Recommend continuous quality improvement practices and look for business efficiencies.
·  Support business continuity planning activities, and participate as a key team member in responses to emergency situations.
·  Ensure client satisfaction with delivery of facility management services and provide support in monitoring and increasing customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

·  College degree preferred with a minimum of 2-5 years in facilities management, business operations or equivalent work experience.
·  Have a minimum two (2) years’ experience in all areas of computerized management system master data management. SAP version ERP, MAXIMO or Hanna knowledge is a plus.
·  Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written or oral form. 
·  Experience in Pharma, Biotech or similar life science sector that are governed in GMP regulations, systems and processes is preferred.
·  Good understanding and ability to comply with cGMP requirements for performing work within the manufacturing facility.
·  Exceptional organization, time management, and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Analytical, interpretive and problem-solving skills are also needed.
·  Impeccable degree of trust and integrity as all records are confidential.
·  Vision abilities include close vision and able to adjust focus in use of computer monitor and other manual, task-related functions (i.e. reading hard-copy documents). 
·  Willing to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, and be capable of handling multiple tasks while meeting timelines.
·  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
·  Advanced computer and office software skills, as plus.
