As a contributing member of a national multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for the construction and maintenance of market databases related to the ACT property markets, and the preparation of market commentaries and presentations for JLL’s internal and external clients
· Tracking a range of property data that will cover office, retail and industrial sectors including vacancy, construction and sales and leasing,
· Identifying investment themes and trends,
· Report writing for subscriber clients, as well as for public facing research papers,
· Assist our clients with their additional enquiries and research requirements.

This role is all about enthusiasm and prioritization. You will be a self-starter and be able to think on your feet to problem solve.
With relevant tertiary qualifications in Property, Economics / Econometrics, Statistics, Finance or a related discipline, the successful applicant will have strong analytical skills and excellent written and oral presentation skills. Your understanding of the property market and its influencing factors will be complimented by your proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint.
