What this job involves:
Responsible for performing day to day MAC related tasks for Occupancy Planning team and MAC Lead.
ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS
· Reports to Occupancy Planning/MAC Manager.
· Interacts with and supports Occupancy Planning team, MAC Manager, Client Corporate Real Estate Department and related Business Group Departments, as well 3rd party move suppliers.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES -
· Job responsibilities shall include, but not be limited to the following:
· Provides MAC project assistance, including but not limit box moves, delivery of moving supplies, furniture installation and reconfiguration as well as trouble shooting and repair of furniture.
· Responsible for the execution of all tasks to the support a MAC request. Works with Occupancy Planning team, MAC Lead, internal move team (IT, FM) and move vendors to ensure proper execution of MAC request Executes moves and furniture requests using client’s MAC tools and systems. Follows-up with all post-move issues to ensure completion and closure of MAC request.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
· College degree preferred with five (5) years experience in related skills applicable to project / move management and furniture installation skills.
· must have a valid driver’s license
· Ability to lift, push, and pull 50lbs repeatedly
· Must have a working knowledge of most common hand tools
