We are looking for a Junior Analyst for our Account Management Services department.

Role Purpose

The key responsibility of the role is to facilitate service delivery of different teams within JLL serving our Clients in EMEA region or globally. The role requires strong cooperation with the transaction management team to coordinate processes, provide support and deliver reporting.

What this job involves:

Account Operations & Assistance

·  Provide support for the Account and the Client in terms of processes, reports, systems and relationships
·  Provide quarterly reporting on KPI status
·  React on ad hoc reporting requests, find reporting solutions or pro-actively develop new reporting
·  Attend regular team meetings providing support (where required)

Financial Support

·  Keep track of financial aspects of transactions managed by TM team
·  Arrange general invoicing – monthly account fee, transaction fee shares and T&E
·  Manage project close-out process, including but not limited to collection of invoicing documentation
·  Manage Purchase Order application process & support vendor creation process
·  Manage team T&E budget
·  Maintain transaction fees tracking tool, control processes and deliverables with use of the tool
·  Support revenue forecasting and quarterly/year end fee reconciliation

Profile

·  Analytical skills and attention to details - used to work with large amounts of data, ability to see through the data, analyse and draw conclusions
·  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - ability to present findings or translate the data into an understandable document (information and knowledge management). Experience in representing complex information in simple ways for senior stakeholders would be very welcome.
·  Excellent IT skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power point and Outlook are essential)
·  Good level of personal credibility, customer relationship and interpersonal skills
