Integrated Facilities Management ​

What this job involves:

Must be able to design Interior works,liason with IBM & create plans,form a team of designers going forward,well versed in software related to design

•    Creation of Agile space
1.    Informal seating
2.    Collapsible /Multipurpose workstations
3.    Resting pods
4.    Writing board/partition
•    Creation of Break out area
•    Creation of Collab space
•    Work station fabric change
•    Painting
•    Wall paper
•    Meeting room upgrade
•    Café Upgrade
•    Reception upgrade

Expectation from Client is to provide design solutions including space plan, options with material make & combination , colour with shades, etc to enable design decision.

It involves 2 parts as deliverable apart from design thinking & innovation,

1.    2 D layout
2.    3 D rendering image

Create a design cell with existing PM good in design skills
2. Capture & set a design plan process
3. Maintain communication with SO ,WPS & track the technically complex projects
4. Establish material board for various projects
5. Develop plans for adhoc/small to medium projects
6. Support wall paper/branding design options
7. Normalize look & feel projects
