Job Description

As an HRIS Intern Coordinator, you will engage in a variety of tasks within the Global HRIS function.  You will directly execute some of the administrative aspects which include capturing and tracking HR technology demand, invoice and payment processing and document and data management.

What this job involves

·  Support software that captures and tracks requests related to HRIS demand from HR and the business, ensuring they are captured consistently and timely
·  Collect, monitor and study HRIS demand data to produce custom in-depth reports that help control capacity risks
·  Report on demand and capacity metrics to management team(s) to support project prioritization
·  Create demand management status reporting, presentations and dashboards
·  Identify areas for improvement in reporting, analytics, or other areas based on trend analysis
·  Work closely with cross functional departments on process improvements to ensure demand and release management goals are reached and maintained
·  Attend relevant meetings to understand HRIS demand requests, HR Governance and release scheduling
·  Manage HRIS documentation including contracts, budgets and invoices
·  Process HRIS invoices to ensure timely payments
·  Support HRIS team on projects and assignments
·  Support UAT testing as needed
·  Assist with data entry
·  Analyze, review and make recommendations for process improvement
·  Generate customized HRIS reports for special projects

·  Bachelor’s degree plus 2 years of practical experience in HR/HRIS
·  HR systems experience with a basic understanding of Workday preferred
·  Project management skills
·  Understanding of integration points between IT, HRIS, HR Shared Services and the business
·  Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
·  Strong organizational skills with the ability to identify and manage priorities.
·  Ability to multi-task and work both in a team and independently
·  Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, PowerPoint presentations based upon report outputs and technology applications/software.
·  Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
·  Multitask through various complex scenarios based upon system
·  Maintain a high level of confidentiality
