Graduate Trainee Program 2019/2020

This is a one year programme with rotations where Graduate Trainees are exposed to different aspects of the business in order to establish a solid foundation as a Real Estate Services Professional. Trainees can look forward to working on various projects, business networking sessions, access to leadership for career advice and working in a diversified working environment. 

 

One year Programme Structure - Starting from July 2019

• Job Rotation

• Mentorship

• Networking

• Training

• Project Management

At the end of the programme, you have the option to become a specialist in a particular business line based on your job performance, ability and career preference throughout the programme. With hard work and passion, having completed the programme, you will have the added advantage of moving up the career ladder by applying the knowledge and skill set you developed during this period.

 

How to become a Graduate Trainee?  

We are looking for fresh graduates in Real Estate, Property Management, Facilities Management, Surveying, Economics, Marketing, Business Administration, Hotel Management and Engineering, or if you hold a master degree with up to one year of working experience.
