Duties & responsibilities
· This position will be responsible for managing the following :
· Monthly MMR / KPI’s & deliverables
· Superior Client Service
· Develop and Implement – Strategic Initiatives
· Deliver Value creating Opportunities to the client
· Team Management - Sourcing, hiring, training retaining etc.
· Audit / Compliance
· Manage all service contracts, including inspections and quality management of service delivery
· Management of contract resource to achieve Service Level Agreements to Key Performance Indicators at optimum cost
· Preparation of budgets and client reports, including financial reconciliation for service contract accounts.
· Prepare Monthly Report and obtain client sign-off
· Planning and achieving short, medium and long term Operational cost saving initiatives
· Ensure all reporting is full and in time for month on month basis.
· All statutory compliances are met and the compliance score is above acceptable levels
· Cost Analysis to be done regularly.
· Schedule regular feedback meetings with vendor to ensure all operational issues are resolved.

· Should have good working knowledge in the Management

Employee specification
· Candidate should be Graduate in commerce / BHMT / MBA
· 8-12 years’ experience in Facility Management industry into IT / Banking / Corporate set up.
· Must have core knowledge of Soft Services and Operations.
· Strong interpersonal skills.
