Job description


·  Responsible for administration activities
·  Assist the client Facility Manager – Administration in all activities
·  Processing of all vendor payments including client interactions and statutory compliances
·  Monitoring of the performance of all service personnel
·  Receive, process and ensure payment of all utilities
·  Ensure compliance of regulations / requirements of client
·  Provide assistance in general administrative activities
·  Provide assistance to the Help Desk as required
·  Responsible for stationery management
·  Responsible for reprographics including printers, fax machines, EPABX, office equipment
·  Responsible for hotel bookings, guest / transit house management
·  Responsible for Printing of Client requirements
·  Inventory of office supplies
·  Conference room management
·  Preparation of vendor / client contact list including emergency contact list
·  Contribute to the Monthly Management Report to client
·  Participate in Emergency Evacuation procedures including crisis management and business continuity.
·  Manage all Health and Safety issues and actively participate in Health and Safety reviews
·  Develop the necessary policies and procedures required for all functions within the scope of the Administrative Assistant
