FUNCTIONS OPERATIONS
Acts as an interface with client, visitors and guests. Acts collaboratively to solve problems and resolve spontaneous and unique situations with professionalism. Ensures delivery of committed services and overall satisfaction with JLL performance. Demonstrate leadership, responsiveness and creativity in finding solutions for service delivery, all within the approved facility budget.Resolves issues associated with all building services including, but not limited to: janitorial, food service, coffee services, parking, vending, badging, conference rooms, interior and exterior furnishings, fixtures, and equipment. Assist the client w/ the function of the Conference Center located on site as required by the customer. Perform all duties associated w/ the planning, usage, set up, certifications, and scheduling for both client and non-client functions for the onsite Conference Center.Assist FM and IFM Team with tactical planning for the assigned sites’ goals and objectives.Assists with receiving and dispatching of work requests to technical staff, vendors or other services providers. This includes updating and closing out work requests in a timely manner, based on defined SLAs. This task also includes acting as an escort for vendors.Ensures appropriate follow up with customers, both clearly and professionally, verbally, or via email and through appropriate work order system (360 Facility).
Provides direction or information to vendors, facilities staff, and service providers, to ensure excellent coordination and execution of work within client environment with minimal disruption.Assists with the coordination and scheduling of maintenance activities.Provides coordination and/or support for meetings and conference room reservations, as needed and directed.Provides facility assistance to the project management team, as needed or requested.Reads and understands the applicable Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) helps achieve the Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and scores favorably on the client satisfaction surveys. Proactively seeks to improve processes, systems, and overall client satisfaction on a continuous basis.Perform other job duties as needed.
FINANCIAL Assist with budgetary requests, analysis and reporting.Assist Assistant Facility Manager/Regional Manager with researching, analyzing and reporting budget variances.Create and manage third-party purchase orders, under the direction of the Assistant FM and Regional Manager.Helps support facility specific cost savings targets to contribute to the account achieving significant savings.Supports requests associated with Jones Lang LaSalle Management, Operations and Financial audit
