Job description


·  Facilities Assistant/Handyman will be responsible for managing day to day facilities repair work and maintain the standard of building fixtures and fittings in the premises
·  Handle general repair and maintenance work orders and report to Helpdesk when completed
·  Assist in event setup / reinstatement
·  Liaise with contractor on preventive & planned maintenance work
·  Supervise and monitor the performance of contractors
·  Carry out inspection of all facilities and report any building defects
·  Respond to emergency situation and arrange vendors for ad-hoc emergency repairing
·  Manage and provide administration support to the team
·  Maintain tools / spare parts inventory
·  Carry out any other duties as assigned by Supervisors
·  6 working days & shift duty is required
