Role Purpose

As a key member of the Talent acquisition team, you will drive and coordinate talent acquisition activities across the EMEA region, working closely with the HRBPs and Head of Talent Acquisition for your Cluster.

Accountabilities

Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to input into the Talent acquisition strategy & implement the regional talent acquisition strategy within your cluster.

With a focus on diversity and inclusion, ensure alignment with the broader JLL vision and its current and long-term global and local business objectives.

Build relationships and work with HRBP’s and managers in order to gain a better understanding of their recruitment needs and requirements of the business unit, providing advise and training on best practice.

Identify suitable candidates, attracting and managing them against vacancies and the future talent demands of the business.

Use systems and tools to track applicants and build pipelines. Manage the delivery of forecasted demand for the business ensuring sourcing strategies are delivered upon.

Identify future talent needs and proactively recruit, source and develop engaged and qualified talent pools.

Own and actively review the candidate pipeline and provide frequent status updates and necessary reporting to Talent Acquisition Partners/business stakeholders.

Manage the candidate end to end hiring process from screening through to formal interviews and assessments (depending on the requirements of the role).

Provide detailed and pro-active communication to ensure the candidate and interviewers are briefed, prepared and feedback collated/shared to allow for a successful and efficient process before each stage of the process.

Manage the internal recruitment processes by building relationships with the HRBP and Talent managers to identify internal resource prior to external recruitment.

Managing offer process – including providing up to date salary/rate and market information, and comparison data from recent hires in the business area.

Ensure the most cost effective and efficient recruitment methods are utilised to support and deliver existing and future business needs whilst delivering a first class candidate experience.

Manage the day to day delivery of the resourcing service to the business leadership and HR business partners against KPI and project deliverables.

Ensure compliance with current and future legislation around data protection and security (e.g. ISO27001/ GDPR/ DPA)

Personal Qualities & Experience

·         Knowledge of sourcing, selection and staffing strategies, programs, vendors and tools

·         Understanding of recruiting and workforce planning practices, recruitment programme design and administration

·         Good interviewing and selection skills

·         Broad understanding of workforce-related employment laws and regulations across the region

·         Understanding of recruitment-related HR analytics

·         Broad understanding of the regional business strategy, services, infrastructure and operational needs

·         Relevant industry knowledge and/or previous experience in a fast paced matrix org

·         Strong interpersonal, communication, and team skills

·         Strong client service orientation

·         Goal driven with the ability to proactively take initiative and work with minimal direction

·         Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize them, and carry them out independently
