Fonction Primaire
• Soutient les activités relatives à la maintenance électrique du bâtiment et des services
Tâches principales et Responsabilités
Les tâches suivantes sont effectuées en conformité aux principes des Bonnes Pratiques de Fabrication, des principes et directives de Santé, Sécurité et Environnement et des procédures et politiques d’affaires du site
TÂCHES SPÉCIFIQUES
• Cédule les activités de maintenance électrique en collaboration avec les activités de gestion de la production et des opérations
• Planifie, organise, exécute et contrôle les activités de maintenance générales et préventives réalisées par des sous-contractants, incluant le contrôle de l’accès, la revue des contrats et des rapports, leur révision et leur approbation.
• Documente/vérifie la documentation des activités de maintenance et des changements
• Coordonner, planifier, exécuter et inspecter les projets électriques et/ou modifications
• Supporter, coordonner, exécuter et inspecter l’installation électrique des équipements
• Coder les équipements
• Réaliser les bons de travail incluant la commande de composantes, la mise à jour des dessins techniques et des schémas électriques ainsi que la coordination des activités avec les autres départements
• Préparer les besoins matériels pour les réquisitions et commandes ; traiter et communiquer la réception des composantes.
• Assiste le groupe de validation dans la préparation et l’exécution des activités de validation d’équipement ou d’installation.
• Assiste le groupe ingénierie dans l’exécution de projets
• Céduler et coordonner la maintenance annuelle (Shutdown) pour les entretiens électriques
• Documenter les activités de maintenance dans les logiciels et documents prévus à cet effet
• Déclare les déviations/anomalies, participe au processus d’investigation et à l’établissement de mesures corrective/préventives lorsque applicable
• Participe aux efforts du département d’amélioration de la qualité, d’efficacité, d’efficience et de contrôle des coûts
AMÉLIORATION CONTINUE
• Participe activement au programme d’amélioration continue
• Agit en leader en utilisant des outils d’amélioration et évaluant les activités à valeur ajoutée
• Avise son superviseur de possibilités d’amélioration de ses méthodes de travail
• Participe à l’amélioration continue en identifiant des solutions et en les implantant.

Éducation:
• DEC en électrotechnique ou l’équivalent d’expérience.
• Certificat de qualification en électricité délivré par emploi Québec pour l’entretien des bâtiments industriels.
Expérience / Experience:
• 2 ans en industrie manufacturière comme électricien
Connaissances et habiletés:
• Connaissances des techniques de production pharmaceutiques.
• Connaissance du système métrique.
• Connaissances de base en informatique (Microsoft Office).
• Esprit d’observation, sens de l’analyse.
• Sens de l’organisation et autonomie dans l’exécution de tâches manuelles.
• Aptitudes pour travailler en équipe et facilité dans les relations interpersonnelles.
• Axé sur les objectifs et les résultats.
• Attitude positive, voit des solutions plutôt que des problèmes sans solution.
• Capacité à travailler sous pression et selon échéanciers déterminés.
• Capacité à travailler debout sur de longues périodes et effort physique.
• Disponible sur travail de quarts et en temps supplémentaire si requis.
• Bilinguisme fonctionnel, écrit et parlé, français et anglais.

Position Summary
• The electrician is responsible for the electrical and emergency power systems. Primary contact for all contractors supporting electrical and emergency power system. Must maintain equipment to meet all codes and business needs.
Essential Functions
• Assemble, install, test and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances and fixtures using hand tools and power tools
• Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning systems and components
• Inspect electrical systems, equipment and components to identify hazards, defects and the need for adjustment or repair and to ensure code compliance.
• Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring
• Maintain current electricians license or identification card to meet government regulations.
• Plan layout and installation of electrical wiring, equipment and fixtures
• Prepare sketches or follow drawings
• Perform duties such as maintaining records and file, preparing reports, writing MOP’s, running meetings, job walks, etc
• At the direction of supervisor, assists with maintenance, monitoring, and performance of preventive maintenance on all equipment including, but not limited to, refrigeration, heat exchanger, HVAC, electrical, emergency backup systems and hot water systems;
• Monitors operation, adjusts, and maintains refrigeration, chilled water, and air conditioning equipment; boilers, and ventilating and hot water heaters; pumps, valves, piping and filters; other mechanical and electrical equipment; record readings and make adjustments where necessary to ensure proper operation of equipment.
• Requires the ability to analyze the operation of various systems, determine the cause of any problems/malfunctions and take corrective action as required.
• Assist with the installation and repair plumbing/piping/tubing; wire single and three phase motors (single & two speed); run conduit; pull wiring to machinery, motors, operating parts, etc.;
• Install and rebuild pumps and motors; install and rebuild air compressors; heat exchangers; replace bearings in all types of motors; replace seals on pumps; install and repair piping, valves, filters, hot water systems and associated controls; assist other mechanics and operators with major repairs and maintenance of building and equipment.
• Install, repair, and maintain electrical controls, switching and motor controls
• Monitor operation, repair, and maintain refrigeration, water cooling and air conditioning equipment; boilers, heating, ventilating and hot water equipment; pumps, valves, piping and filters; other mechanical and electrical equipment; recording readings as necessary to assure proper operation of equipment; responsible for reporting any problems/malfunctions
• Comply with departmental policy for the safe storage, usage, and disposal of hazardous materials. Maintains a clean and safe workplace.
