What this job involves:

We are currently seeking an experienced Journeyman Electrician to, repair, and maintain all base building electrical systems and critical life safety systems for a large Plantation Florida client.   

Key responsibilities will include:
• Perform and/or direct the performance of all maintenance departmental service requests.
• Perform all preventative maintenance inspections on electrical and life safety systems.

• Respond to all emergency normal and after hour work order requests, directed by supervisor.

• Complete department and personal annual training goals.

Requirements:
•10+ years in service or installation of electrical distribution systems.
• Electrical Journeyman’s License.
• Knowledge of high voltage distribution circuitry.
• Experience in working in a computer room environment is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of maintenance and operation of building automation and fire life safety systems.
• Good interpersonal skills and positive team attitude.

• Strong customer service orientation.
