Duties & Responsibilities
Independently plan, design, develop, execute, and monitor complex data integration activities to support project delivery. Expert in defining, implementing, debugging, and optimizing data integration mappings and scripts from a variety of data sources Guide development of ETL flows, review metadata definitions and models, queries and reports, schedules, work processes and maintenance procedures, and proactively identify opportunities to optimize the performance and efficiency of existing ETL processes/procedures Mentors junior analysts on proper ETL standards / techniques to improve their efficiency and quality of deliverables Perform unit testing, system integration testing, regression testing, and assist with user acceptance testing Articulate business requirements in sufficient detail so that a technical solution can be designed and engineered Consult with the business to develop documentation and communication materials to ensure accurate usage and interpretation of JLL data Develop technical understanding of how the data flows from heterogeneous source systems to fine tune the Data Integration solutions Work independently or as part of a team to deliver data warehouse ETL projects Adhere to established standards and best practices and provide inputs for further improvement of these processes Efficiently maintain a high-volume MDM application Guide profiling of data and implement data cleansing functions in MDM Configure address validation functions using Address Doctor Design and develop Informatica MDM mappings as per the technical requirements specified Guide configuration and development of Security Access Manager (SAM) for implementing and managing the MDM object level security Ability to understand MDM requirements and design ETL processes to aid in MDM system implementation and maintenance
Performance Objectives
JLL is looking for an ETL/MDM Developer who is a self-starter and able to work independently on ETL & MDM assignments. Should have excellent understanding of ETL, MDM, and Data fundamentals along with strong business comprehension of the projects delivered.
Key Skills
2+ years of hands-on experience with Informatica MDM Strong expertise in Hub configurations - Data modelling & Data Mappings (Landing, Staging, & Base Objects), Data validation, Match and Merge rules , writing and customizing user exits, customizing/configuring Business Data director (BDD) / Informatica data director (IDD) applications Hands-on experience with commercial integration products including Informatica Expertise in UNIX Shell Scripting, Control-M. Must have strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle including requirement analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation Must have hands-on experience in performance tuning of sources, targets, mappings and sessions Hands-on experience in Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) Experience in any MDM system implementation is an added advantage

Employee Specification
Bachelor’s degree in Information Science / Computer Science Minimum 5+ years of work experience in the field of ETL / MDM / Data Integration using Informatica 1-2 years of software development experience using Agile methodologies Demonstrated experience with data architecture, master data management, data integration/ETL deployment in a complex environment Experience in working with databases, especially Microsoft SQL Server
