We are looking for a MANAGER OF WORKS / CONSTRUCTION ENGINEER for our SPGC Program – Intel Account business line.

Specific Country/Sector/department overview
· Program SPGC (Small Project General Contractor) consists of approx. 20 small construction projects per year (each project <=$5m per project)
· Program dedicated to one Client – Intel Corporation
Role Purpose
· Support the Poland PM in the project delivery function in construction field
What this job involves
· Supervising the implementation of multi-branch construction works
· Coordination of the work of appointed subcontractors
· Verification of technical documentation and quality of performed works
· Reporting work progress to the Project Manager in accordance with internal standards
· Cooperation with the Project Manager, Site Manager, Ordering Party, facility manager and designers
· Supervision over compliance with health and safety regulations, internal health and safety standards, and health and safety event reporting
· Cooperation based on a contract of employment or B2B for a period of 12 months with the possibility of extension
· Work in Gdańsk - implementation of projects for an international client

Sound like you? To apply you need to be / have:
· Bachelor / Master degree in Civil Engineering/Architecture/Electrical engineering
· Professional experience on the construction site min. 2 years
· Knowledge of building construction law and regulations
· Ability to solve problems
· Communication skills
· Good knowledge of the MS Office program package
· Knowledge of the English language
· Welcome: authorization to supervision of construction works without restrictions in the construction specialty or in the installation specialty in the field of electrical, power and electrical networks
