What this job involves:

You’ll be based onsite at the client’s state of the art offices based in the Melbourne CBD.

Duties include:

·  Providing a unique welcoming experience for all guests, staff and visitors
·  Be the go-to specialist for all staff & guest enquiries
·  Manage mail/parcels, temporary access cards, stationery & meeting room bookings

Sound like you?  This is what we’re looking for:

You’ll have some experience working either in a hospitality or service delivery role & you’ll bring your strong ‘Customer Service A-Game’ to JLL.

You will be willing to learn and have a ‘can do’ attitude in your approach to take on responsibilities. You will be well-presented and well-spoken, and easily build a good rapport with stakeholders of all levels.
