What this job involves

This role will be part of the Business Ops Team which supports the International Real Estate Team of our Client inhouse.

·  Strategic Communications
·  Cooperate with key stakeholders to establish sustainable communication platforms/channels
·  Pull together and develop presentations, newsletters and reports
·  Hands-on experience in illustrations/designs, layouts, logos is an added advantage and a desirable skill set.

·  Business and Budget Planning support
·  Real Estate Budget Planning, Controlling, Reporting & Support Types: OPEX (BAU Spend), CAPEX (Project Spend)
·  Maintain and manage basic financial data like material numbers or cost centres in cooperation with our client financial departments
·  Provide guidance and support the real estate department related to financial processes, regulations and problem shooting
·  All variance reporting in accordance with the client responsibilities & activities
·  Drive results from the team and flag issues if key deliverables are at risk

·  Business Process Management
·  Analyzing/interpreting operational data and driving measurable process improvement
·  Driving continuous improvement in quality, timelines and cost efficiency
·  Collaborate with international client sites/ Team members on business process improvement projects and manage changes and transitions

·  Data and Content Management
·  Identify and establish the most efficient way for data and content management (e.g. G-Drive, shared drive)
·  Define structure and sustainable protocol for data and content to be managed

Requirements

·  Previous experience in a similar capacity (role/position) is a benefit
·  Strong data management and analytical skills
·  Strong experience in Financial systems like SRM, nSAP, S4Hana, Oracle, Peoplesoft
·  Strong experience in team facilitation and program management
·  Evidence of problem-solving skills – capacity to deal with ambiguity and solve complex problems
·  Strong PC literacy and proven ability to manage daily activities using various systems, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, G-Suite (Google mail, Google drive, Google calendar)
·  English – fluently (verbal and in writing)
