Within the QLD market JLL deliver Valuations and Advisory services across a premier client base incorporating commercial, residential, retail and industrial. The Brisbane commercial team prides itself in having a strong client base across these verticals, and is often sought out by our clients to undertake more complex valuation assignments.

Our Assistant Valuer role requires a provision of analytical skills, valuations and financial capability working directly alongside the Commercial Valuation team.   

What this job involves

The duties of this fast-paced role include but will not be limited to;

·  Provide timely, accurate valuations under supervision, to support the Commercial Valuation team.
·  Undertake financial and sensitivity analysis to support winning new valuation and transaction business.
·  Undertake data verification and audit processes.
·  Compile and verify market evidence for reports.
·  Prepare, edit and modify computer cash flow models.
·  Provide direct assistance as required to enable the Commercial Valuations team to effectively undertake its functions.
·  Leverage research capacity by circulating relevant market data and sales analysis.

You enjoy building client relationships & have collaborative relations with your colleagues and wider business community. You are able to make decisions to resolve problems, improve operational and regularly communicate plans and performance progress.

It is preferred that you have tertiary qualifications in property valuation, a current open driver’s license and are computer literate in PowerPoint, Excel and Word. We would also be interested in speaking with candidates who are still studying.
