Job description
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
· Ensure quality customer service is delivered and achieving possession handover assigned.
· Preparing Snagging Report & circulating with project team to get unit completed.
· Documentation process while giving handover process.
· Preparing MMR reports & circulating with top management.
· Preparing compliance report & rectification within TAT.
· Handling Team for compliance management.
· Satisfactory responding to the customers for their queries through calls, e-mails and messages.
· Daily MIS Reports and database maintenance.
· Responsible for all post sales correspondence with customers
·
Continually monitor collections and ensure timely collections from customers.
·
Act as a single point of contact with customer post sales, attending customer queries and grievances, ensuring good customer service
·
To handhold the customer through the post sales process till possession.
·
Getting the KYC Documents and Sending Welcome mail once client Pays Token Cheque.
·
Collecting the Total Token Money and getting the Booking Form.
·
Agreement Preparation and Registration.
·
Sending the Demand Letters on Time and ensuring Timely collection of Due Amount.
·
Site Visits along with the clients.
·
Possession process to be completed and handover possessions in completed projects.
·
Plan Wow customer experiences & ensures effective execution at all stages in the client lifecycle like relationship call, educating on time bound payments, SDR process, and registration scheduling.
·
To deal with all queries in a professional and courteous manner, in person, on the telephone or via e-mail.
·
Dealing with issues and responding to customer complaints & grievances.
·
MIS report generation and analysis.
