Duties & responsibilities
· Layout preparation as per client requirement in 2D CAD.
· Preparation of BOQ for Civil, Interior, Electrical, HVAC.
· Assigns work to the sub contractors and coordinates between different agencies.
· Plans daily activities as per Monthly / Weekly planning and Priorities.
· Checks the safety aspects and troubleshoots wherever required.
· Checks the measurements of executed items and verifies joint measurements.
· Evaluating project, present cost/ benefit analysis at project decision points.
· Planning, Execution, Supervision & monitoring, Quality control & safety compliances for works.
· Conducting site meetings, Client reporting, official correspondence & reporting.
· Project handing over to client with all necessary documentation.
· Design Study-Review drawings prepared by designer, assess the same, provide feedback and implement the project based on final design / drawing.
· Contractor Management-Lead the team of contractors and manage them strategically to implement the project in time so as to achieve the organizational goals.
· Project management & co-ordination between different interior & services, Architects, Services Consultants & Client.
· To ensure that all maintenance related schedules & shut down in consultations with OEM / Service partners are followed.
· Prepare project schedule and share with all stake holders for approvals and then coordinate with vendor team
· To ensure an uptime of 100% and set up the practices to deliver seamless services as per contract
· Ensure all standards processes and guidelines are followed by vendor staff and all desired approvals are in place for initiate activities at site Ensure vendor team To update and maintain all statutory documents like CIEG, Fire, Lift, Explosive, Pollution Control, etc related to M&E operations as applicable
· To initiate energy management program for reducing the cost on utilities and share periodical reports
· Ensure financial planning / projections are prepared and shared with WNS Team for all scheduled works.
· Budget preparation to be inline with market standards
· Initiate changes as per new technology / latest models available which will ensure better delivery and improve standards at facility.
· To maintain consistency on agreed SLA & KPI with the client.
· To participate during emergency evacuation procedure and manage all health & safety issues.
· Prepare and collate data related to vendor performance and escalate as required.

· Track all PM work orders and highlight deviations
· Track Project completion as agreed timelines and
· Ensure 100% adherence to M&E Staff on boarding process, back to Basic conducted / Induction on site and maintain documents as standards
· Ensure monthly meeting is held with builder and track the MOM by updating the status.
· Ensure proper tracking of PO’s , WCC and vendor invoices and highlight challenges / issues immediately noticed
· To assist Facility Manager in all EHS / ISO, Internal, External, audits that happen at site and ensure necessary documentation are done.
· To coordinate with soft services team for any issues that need help.
· All the relevant checklist to be governed and maintained as per requirement.

· To achieve excellence in preventive maintenance programs at site with highest standards and ensure energy conservation practices.
· Assist the FM in managing M&E scope of the projects to ensure the quality and deliverables with in the stipulated time.
· Assist in providing comprehensive facility, contract and procurement management for technical services
· Contribute to achieving financial and other targets established by the Facilities Manager.
· Achieve Key Performance Indicators and service level agreements targets and manage vendor activities at site

Employee specification
• Full Time Degree / Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engg
• 5-7 Years’ Experience in managing Utility Operations – HT/LT Panels, HVAC, Fire & Safety Equipment’s services,
Project activities and vendor coordination
BOQ Preparation, Knowledge of Industry standards , EHS Guidelines , HVAC standards is must
Well aware of Audits Documentations, Compliances Management
Well versed with various Reports, Monthly Trackers, MMR, SLA Effective Vendor Coordination
