JBD Recruitment are looking for an ambitious and driven consultant to join their already dynamic team.

Due to rapid expansion we are looking to recruit a trainee recruitment consultant to join our hard working and dedicated staff. We are looking for a candidate who is looking for a career with progression and not just a job.

The role :

Based in our Bromley office - working on the temporary desk and learning all aspects of recruitment from filing through to posting and placing jobs and managing your own location and clients:

• Reference checking


• Completing DBS checks


• Filing and maintaining spreadsheets


• Answering the phone and taking messages


• Resourcing candidates and arranging interviewing


• Liaising with candidates and clients


• Assisting with taking bookings.


• Be part of an out of hours rota for the emergency phone service from 7am till 10pm

We are looking for a candidate who is articulate, well spoken and must have an excellent eye for detail.
