The Company:

A bespoke and unique high-end residential contractor who specialises in New Build, Refurbishment, Extensions, and Alterations in the private residential sector.

The Role - Freelance Quantity Surveyor/Estimator

• Our client are urgently looking for a Freelance Project Quantity Surveyor/Estimator to work on 3 separate high-end residential projects in and around the Surrey/London region.
• Available to start work immediately or on one weeks' notice

The Candidate:

• Degree qualified or equivalent
• Good understanding of building technology and construction processes
• Strong IT skills, particularly Outlook Email, Calendar and Microsoft Excel
• Organised, with good time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
• Experience within the private residential market
• Can adapt to different tasks quickly, efficiently and confidently
• Capable of working in an autonomous or team orientated environment
• Interpret information and instructions correctly and carry out tasks accordingly
• Engagement with prospect clients, site survey and estimating
• Negotiations, closing and contract
• Strategic Business Development

Skills Required
