The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a successful and motivated Enquiry Controller/ Progress Chaser to work within our successful and prestigious Audi dealership in Warrington.

Ensure the timely and accurate advertising of all used stock in order to maximise market exposure.
Take ownership of and manage the company car and demonstration stock within the business.
Manage all part exchange vehicles and trade stock efficiently against agreed KPI`s.
Pro-actively seek ways to better promote our used car stocks via constant market research and suggestions for improvement.
Manage and take ownership of the presentation of the site and used and new car pitch.
Take ownership of centre facilities to ensure that the Audi standards are adhered to and the used car stock is well managed and maintained against used car KPI`s.

Manage and the relevant systems as instructed by the used car manager ensuring data is maintained in an accurate and timely manner.

Experience and Qualifications

The successful person appointed will:

Have a genuine passion for the Audi Brand
Ideally have experience within the motor industry.

Be organised and have a keen eye for detail

Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to build a rapport with people of varying levels.
Have excellent administration and IT skills
Be enthusiastic, friendly and helpful
Be respectful and courteous to customers and colleagues
Have resilience and a drive to succeed
Honest with high levels of integrity
