Job description

Due to further expansion and development of our Sales team, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Manager Administrator to join our successful team at Manchester Audi.

This is a crucial role providing administration support to the dealerships Business Managers in achieving their Finance and Insurance sales targets.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting the Sales team in achieving retail sales targets by providing support on all F&I matters.
  • Manage the referral process, ensuring that each and every customer is referred to the Business Management team keeping records of when this does not happen
  • Support and carry out prospecting activity and support all marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure the prompt and accurate processing of all finance company documentation ready for the release of the vehicle to the customer.
  • Process and administration of all customer settlement enquires promptly
  • Prepare stats for submission to the Group F&I manager, Sales Manager and Business Manager on dealership, departmental and individual performance.

Relevant Experience & Qualifications Required

  • Experience in working with Kerridge would be beneficial, as would previous experience within a Sales team in the automotive industry
  • Have outstanding administration, typing and data-input skills.
  • Have excellent communication, organisation and inter-personal skills
  • Have high levels of attention to detail
  • Be able to comply with all company and manufacturer`s disciplines and procedures
