This role will be based between our Chiswick and Central London offices and will report into the Group HR Director.
The Role:
- Recruitment and Induction -
o 360 degree recruitment cycle
o Managing the company’s applicant tracking system.
o Liaising with recruitment agencies
o Responsible for producing contracts of employment/for services
o Assist with inductions for all new starters
o Take ownership for the Company’s Internship/ Graduate Programme.
o Interviewing for all Junior Positions
o Obtaining references and responding to reference requests
- Employee Relations -
o Maintaining the company personnel files and HR system
o Producing formal HR letters for all ER matters
o Assisting with Probationary review meetings
- Learning and Development -
o Booking and diary management for all training sessions
o Maintaining a log of employee training needs
- Compensation and Benefits -
o Support the COO and the Group Facilities and Services Manager with the current benefits package.
o Providing administrative support in the review of the Group's wage structure
o Assist with the monthly payroll
- Other duties -
o Support the cultural activity of the business
o Participate in the Group's Social Committee (organising the Christmas party, pub quiz nights and charity events)
Desired Skills and Experience
- Graduate calibre preferred (having studied Human Resouces Management, Business, Psychology, or another relevant degree).
- Excellent administrative skills and attention to detail.
- The desire to have a long-standing career in HR.

Remuneration and benefits (including non-contractual perks)
- £24,000 per annum
- Potential funding of the CIPD qualification (Level 3)
