LOCATION: Gaydon, Warwickshire

WHAT TO EXPECT

This is the key technical department for the product creation process, leading the engineering from concept to customer. There are three parts to it: Attribute Quality and Process, Vehicle Integrity Team and Vehicle Engineering Management. Working here, you’ll give our vehicles their unique characteristics. It's all part of creating vehicles that delight customers and set us apart from the competition.

The Vehicle Package Engineering area is part of the Vehicle Engineering department and is responsible for the Vehicle Package from concept to end of life, across all Jaguar and Land Rover products.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

You'll be a talented and enthusiastic engineer and will have the ability to lead critical projects to ensure that our challenging targets are met. As Lead Package Engineer, you'll have significant working experience in product design and a strong understanding of CATIA. You'll have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and combine this with the ability to present to peers and management.
