WHAT TO EXPECT

 

This is the key technical department for the product creation process, leading the engineering from concept to customer. There are three parts to it: Attribute Quality and Process, Vehicle Integrity Team and Vehicle Engineering Management. Working here, you’ll give our vehicles their unique characteristics. It's all part of creating vehicles that delight customers and set us apart from the competition.

 

In your role as a Vehicle Integration Engineer, you’ll responsible for setting and balancing targets, signing off on key areas that influence vehicle development across multiple engineering functions and attribute teams.

 

You’ll create and maintain target and sign-off documentation and ensure robust delivery throughout various engineering gateways. You’ll resolve technical conflicts, ensuring out products and components stick to the original statements of intent and success criteria.

 

 

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

 

You’ll have technical knowledge of key vehicle systems, bringing experience of working with technical data combined with business skills. You’ll have working knowledge of product creation and delivery systems and will know how to present complex data to multiple stakeholders. You’ll be an exceptional communicator, using experience of managing outcomes and targets in cross-functional teams.

 

A degree in an engineering subject or charted status is highly desirable in this role, as is any broader business experience.
