Joining the team in our Digital Development Centre, as a UX/UI Designer you’ll be working on global projects for Jaguar Land Rover in Manchester. You’ll be excellent in collaborative working, creative thinking and also provide exceptional client user experiences. You’ll support and work alongside Digital Development Centre stakeholders and team members to implement reactive digital solutions within Jaguar Land Rovers digital delivery team. You’ll have cognisance for user centred design, enlarging personas and experience maps, to report approaches to personalisation.

 

You’ll efficiently communicate design ideas, conceptualise and collaborate responses to annotated wireframes, storyboards, and site maps. You’ll also execute user flows and research, as well as evaluating user feedback. You’ll facilitate the User Experience workshops pool in Insights, and assist in establishing design guidelines and standards for best practices.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

 

You’ll bring in-depth UI/UX experience working in an Agile environment with demonstrable UI design skill and portfolios and be innovative in designing in all digital platforms (especially mobile). You’ll efficiently solve problems and be up-to-date with current trends in UI, techniques and technologies.

 

In addition, you’ll bring in experience of working in creating wireframes, storyboard, userflows and site maps to communicate design ideas. You’ll also have experience working some of the following Design tools; Prototype Tools and Platforms - Sketch/ Adobe XD/ Figma/ Framer/ Principle/ Flinto/ Photoshop/ Illustrator/ Origami/ Marvel.  You’ve experience in working in an agile team combined with exposure to any of the contemporary designing tools like Hotjar, Google Analytics, and VWO along with HTML / CSS. 

 

Any knowledge of Java Virtual Machine based environment, Java, fundamentals of iterative development and incremental would be beneficial.
