Core responsibilities for the department include delivering the most aerodynamically efficient solution that is compatible with the design Language and Packaging requirements. This solution must not be to the detriment of the Thermal or Water & Dirt Management areas of the TASE Team.

WDM has strong ties to Body Engineering, Electrical Engineering and other Vehicle Engineering teams. Water & Dirt Management has a vital role to play in increasing the customer satisfaction of all of our products, most notably with respect to rear soiling of our SUV products.

As a Water & Dirt Management and Aerodynamics Test Engineer, you’ll be joining a strong team responsible for ensuring the preparation, execution and reporting of tests on-time and to the scope agreed. You’ll also develop test processes and contribute to improved vehicle performance for WDM and Aero.

The role includes a wide variety of testing including on-road and proving ground tests as well as the use of climatic chambers and wind tunnels both in the UK and abroad.
