The successful candidate for the above role will retain their current employer, i.e. if you are a Jaguar employee you will continue to be administered on the Jaguar grading structure with the associated terms and conditions. WHAT TO EXPECT

 

As a Supplier Performance Analyst you’ll will be responsible for production’s supplier delivery performance measurement and improvement across all JLR Plants using an established IT system and associated processes. You’ll Review and resolve supplier performance queries whilst actively driving supplier delivery performance improvement. Working from our Midpoint location close to the Castle Bromwich, you’ll be part of our world class M P & L Supplier Development team, and will interact with stakeholders of all levels to present important data on a monthly basis. You’ll analyse large volumes of complex data to monitor trends, track performance, and make recommendations in order to consistently improve our supplier’s performance.

 

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

 

You’ll be motivated, flexible and adaptable in order to deliver an exceptional level of service to stakeholders and suppliers. You’ll have a keen eye for detail, and be motivated by the statistical nature of an analytical role, and have an excellent ability to interpret complex data whilst making appropriate conclusions and recommendations. It would be of great advantage If you have a firm understanding of MRP Systems, and are educated to degree level.
