WHAT TO EXPECT
As Success Factors Functional SME, you’ll be working within the framework of the SAP Programmes Strategy, Roadmap, and the defined Hire to Retire Work Plan, provide end-to-end solution and process enablement advice and knowledge, focused on the key hire to retire process chain and the primary integration points.
You’ll act as the conduit between the department’s functional resources and architecture, delivery teams, and the business functions. Together you’ll be working with various business functions to understand their operational requirements, and optimisation opportunities. Jaguar Land Rover has a mixed estate of on-premise ECC6.0 based SAP HCM, cloud based Success Factors, other cloud based solutions and legacy applications: we are planning to move to Employee Central, so this opening provides an excellent opportunity for SAP HCM professionals to be cross-trained to Success Factors.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
You’ll have proven experience in IT Management / IT Functional Support within a large global organisation. You’ll have exceptional analytical skills supported by advanced communication and presentation skills, which you’ll use to translate IT related issues for operational teams. You’ll be customer focused with the ability to determine IT requirements and performance measures, and initiate solutions. You’ll have ability to work under own initiative and under tight time pressures, planning, prioritising, and controlling own and team’s workload.
It would be extremely desirable if you have SAP Success Factors experience, particularly multiple modules, but any experience is useful. In addition to this it would be an advantage if you have SAP HCM (ECC6 EHP6), however this is not essential.
