WHAT TO EXPECT

As a Training Strategy Lead, you’ll be joining our Engineering Transformation Team, which is responsible for delivering process improvements within our Product Engineering function.

You’ll be responsible for developing the training material and content that will develop capabilities driving these process improvements, as well as delivering the training in the most effective way possible.

You’ll be liaising with key stakeholders to define and implement training that meets the strategic and tactical needs of the business, before project managing the development of training content, schedules, and materials.

You’ll define and improve relevant classroom and practical activities that ensure participants are engaged, and pilot training modules that support objectives and training deliverables.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

You’ll join our business with previous experience of working in similar content and training development roles, bringing knowledge of adult learning principles and learning and development methodologies.

You’ll be used to training and presenting to groups of people, using both a pragmatic and medium-term approach to gaining results from your training plan.

Ideally you’ll have a background in engineering, or a relevant engineering degree, as well as exposure to working with service suppliers.

You’ll round off your practical experience with enthusiasm and the ability to generate new ideas, and you’ll possess exceptional communication skills along with ability to deliver important operational training in a complex engineering environment.
