ADVERTISED SALARY: £37,900 - £45,000

You’ll be part of a team of engineers based in region for new model quality and delivery of supplier’s production parts. Working with internal stakeholders and supplier representatives, you’ll ensure Jaguar Land Rover requirements are met with upfront support which includes concept/design failure mode avoidance.

 

In this role you’ll support the STA vision of driving manufacturing excellence into the supply base of the given components, this will require a mixture of operational, tactical and support of strategic purchasing activities.

 

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Alongside extensive experience gained in a manufacturing or engineering environment at management level, you’ll be a strong communicator able to demonstrate excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills; and challenge existing thinking in a positive way whilst building credibility and trust through experience and personal style.

 

You’ll need to be a determined individual that’s self-driven, committed and results-orientated who works with pace, energy and confidence; and be an experienced problem solver. We’d also like you to have a proven leadership track record in managing and executing complex projects on time.
