SALARY: £35,000 - £45,000

In your new role as a Software Project Expert, you’ll provide your expertise and methods to enable the Software Engineering teams to build quality products through robust initiation, management and governance.

Co-ordinating a cross-functional team, you’ll ensure robust delivery, leading the team through the engineering, sourcing, and delivery of components for vehicle programs. It's all part of creating vehicles that delight customers and set us apart from the competition.

You’ll be:

· Leading management programme risks
· Implementing appropriate mitigation actions, and managing the delivery of all Automated Issues Management System items
· Escalating issues as required to the relevant governance forums
· Setting targets created in the strategy phase to ensure they can be delivered robustly

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

You’ll join us with an understanding of delivering and developing technical products through a management of a cross-functional teams. In addition to this, you’ll have previous experience in delivering technical products both in physical and software engineering, with experience of project or programme management.
