WHAT TO EXPECT

The Human Resources team at Jaguar Land Rover has recently undergone a massive transformation project. That’s why we need your help to keep us focused as we move forward on our path to a successful transition.

As the Apprentice and Technical Development Consultant, you'll act as the main point of contact for defined apprentice schemes and will be supporting the apprentices through their programmes by providing key liaison, ensuring their safety and effective management through their development programme.

In addition, you’ll liaise with the wider business over effective training, assessment and deployment of apprentices as well as technical issue resolution. In doing so, you’ll have direct influence on the available career path and opportunities within the organisation.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

Your success in this role will rely on your good knowledge of the apprenticeships as much as on stakeholder management and communication capabilities. In addition, you'll need previous experience in an engineering background and have a sound awareness of HR matters. Where appropriate, you’ll act as a mentor to support apprentice development, and you’ll therefore additionally require strong organisational skills and the ability to support the quality management.
