WHAT TO EXPECT

As a Supervisor, you'll join Jaguar Land Rover's Business Protection team which has responsibility for establishing the policies designed to protect Jaguar Land Rover assets. In protecting those assets, security must be managed effectively, and the impact of not doing so can affect sales performance and ultimately the profitability of the company. You'll therefore be responsible for both planning and supervising the schedule of whatever proactive security tasks are conducted by internal security on site, and you'll be managing the staffing requirements of the team in order to best suit the business. In addition, you’ll be overseeing process confirmation and compliance audits relating to tasks completed by the Jaguar Land Rover internal and contract security teams.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

You'll come to this role with significant experience within the security (particularly physical security) sector, which will have been gained either from a security services provider or from within a corporate in-house security team. Comfortable working in a customer-facing role, you’ll be able to portray the right image for both Jaguar Land Rover and the Business Protection team. As part of Business Protection, you'll take responsibility for a 24-hour, 365-day security service, and you'll feel at ease working shift patterns. Ideally, you'll round out your profile with experience of security management and supervision of staff.
