The Global Programmes and Operations team manage the interfaces between the Vehicle Line Architectures, Globalisation, Manufacturing, and the Purchasing and Supplier Technical Assistance (STA) community. The team ensure New Model Programmes & Global growth can derive maximum value and benefit from Global Supplier Market Place Offering in terms of cost, quality, technology, and timing, and that these attributes are delivered to or better than plan.

 

As Administrator, you’ll provide support to the team, to assist in delivering excellent customer service and key business processes through the application of business rules to transactions. You’ll be an active member of the team and will be required to deliver timely and efficient administrative duties. You’ll need to be proactive in delivery and adapt your working style to achieve a variety of tasks within the role.

 

 

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

You’ll have an exemplary track record of demonstrating logic and analytical thinking, and be comfortable with data management. You’ll need previous experience working in an administration role and will possess excellent IT skills – particularly with Excel & Powerpoint.

 

This is a fast paced, ever changing environment where every second counts so you’ll need the drive and confidence to work swiftly under pressure. Because of this, we’re looking for individuals who have previously flourished within large, complex organisations.
