WHAT TO EXPECT

 

Jaguar Land Rover have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced SAP Trainer to join an established SAP practice. With your knowledge and expertise of SAP Manufacturing modules and ability to train and provide guidance to end users, you’ll join the Powertrain Operations Centre of Excellence (CoE) team as a SAP Trainer at our state-of-the-art Engine Manufacturing Centre (EMC) in Wolverhampton.

 

The CoE have been established as part of the development of a class leading, high performing and best practice Process Organisation, to support Jaguar Land Rover in meeting their ambitious, global expansion plans.

  

Taking your place as a SAP Trainer, your daily activities will include; creating training materials for the delivery of process workshops, developing training needs analysis and supporting the development of detailed desktop procedures, working collaboratively with functional Subject Matter Experts within the CoE, instructor lead training, floor walking and management of fixed term training resource to support new programmes as required.

 

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

 

You’ll have extensive SAP user experience and knowledge of Manufacturing SAP modules, SAP ECC, Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), Production Planning (PP), Quality Management (QM), Master Data Management (MD) & Plant Maintenance (PM).

 

You’ll be a strong communicator, both written & verbally, and have a proven track record of creating and delivering training sessions to individuals and groups, using various learning methods.

 

You must be proficient with use of PC Systems & Packages and be able to create and maintain detailed training material.

 

You’ll be highly motivated, have excellent quality awareness with the drive and enthusiasm to deliver a world class product.
