ADVERTISED SALARY: £37,819 - £47,100 - This role is also eligible for other additional allowances to base salary

WHAT TO EXPECT

 

Suspension. Engine mounts. Wheels and tyres. To provide an exceptional driving experience, every chassis component needs be honed to perfection. That takes all kinds of people, from designers to project managers.

 

Within the motion control systems team, you’ll be responsible for the management and exchange of requirements with internal or external suppliers of software using appropriate requirement management tools. You’ll gather all requirements and aligned test cases from function owners and you’ll perform the exchange with the supplier using DOORS.

 

As the Requirement Management Engineer you’ll ensure that all requirements are exchanges on time for each programme, that they are robust and meet quality standards.

 

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

You’ll have experience using systems engineering tools alongside practical experience of working with a DOORS requirement management tool.

 

As an experienced engineer with confidence in building strong working relationships with peers, stakeholders and suppliers, you’ll have strong influencing and engagement skills, be highly organised, and have previous experience in engineering or planning departments.

 

You’ll ideal have a strong background in Chassis Engineering and Control Systems theory and this will all be paired with an engineering degree in a relevant field.
